This Script is used to create a Customized Message Box with following options:

1) Message box will be always on top of other programs
2) IT people can change its font size
3) IT people can put a JPEG or png file to the message
4) Aside from yes and no in the message box, they want to add some other choise, option butttons

Note : Run as Logged in User
